2. We do not accept return and refund. Please note.
3. These machines are all returned by Sovol Amazon customers. The condition of the machine may be open box, used, show signs of use, missing parts, etc. This includes, but is not limited to, clogged nozzles, scratched hotbeds, scratched profiles, and spotted displays. Please consider carefully before purchasing.
4. If you are skilled at tinkering with projects, you can purchase these machines for resale or building a print farm.
5. We do not offer parts replacement or return support for these printers. This means there is no warranty on these machines.

1. If you're in the US, shipping is free and there is no tax.
2. Because our EU maintenance warehouse is in France and the price of the refurbished 3D printer is very low, we only support shipping to Austria, Belgium, Czechia, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, Poland, Ireland, Hungary, Sweden, Slovenia, Slovakia, and Romania.
