Shipping Time

We currently operate multiple warehouses located in the United Kingdom, European Union, United States, Canada, Australia, and China.
For UK customers, all orders will be dispatched directly from our UK warehouse whenever stock is available.

If a product is marked as pre-sale or includes a free gift, the dispatch time may be slightly delayed as we prepare inventory at the nearest warehouse. The estimated shipping time will always be updated on the product page.

In rare cases, when the UK warehouse temporarily runs out of stock for certain accessories, your order may be shipped directly from our China warehouse. If this occurs, we will display the estimated delivery time on the product page.

⚠️ We do not deliver to PO Box or military addresses.

When placing your order, please ensure that you fill in:

  • Your full name

  • Valid contact number

  • Detailed street address with house number

This ensures successful and timely delivery of your parcel.

Shipping Fee

Shipping is free for orders of new 3D printers and accessories delivered within:

  • United Kingdom

  • European Union (except Switzerland, Iceland, Norway, Finland, and Sweden)

For other countries and regions:

  • United States, Canada, Australia, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Taiwan → Free shipping on 3D printers and accessories.

  • New Zealand, Mexico, Singapore, Thailand, Philippines, Japan, South Korea → Extra shipping fee may apply. Charges are calculated based on item weight and displayed at checkout.

  • Refurbished 3D printers → Free shipping to Austria, Belgium, Czechia, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, Poland, Ireland, and Hungary.
    Other EU countries (Sweden, Slovenia, Slovakia, Romania) may incur an additional fee depending on distance from our EU maintenance center.

Taxes and Customs Duties

All prices displayed do not include import duties, VAT, or other taxes unless stated otherwise.

  1. United Kingdom
    Orders shipped from the UK warehouse to UK addresses are tax-free and duty-free.

  2. European Union
    Orders shipped from our EU warehouse to EU countries (Germany, France, Spain, Italy, etc.) are free of import duty.

  3. United States, Canada, Australia
    All orders shipped domestically are free of import tax.

  4. Switzerland, Norway, Ireland, and non-EU regions
    Import duties may apply according to local customs regulations. These fees are collected by the local customs authority and are not refundable by us.

  5. Shipments from China
    Orders shipped from China to the EU, UK, Malaysia, Japan, and other regions are subject to customs duties and VAT upon arrival. If the freight from China is significantly higher than expected, our support team will contact you to confirm the additional shipping cost before dispatch.

  6. Special Note

    • 3D printers shipped from AU warehouse to New Zealand or US warehouse to Mexico may incur import duties.

    • Large-size printers (e.g., Sovol SV04) are not available for delivery to New Zealand or Mexico.

    • Customers in mainland China (except Hong Kong and Taiwan) must pay VAT when ordering.

🧾 If the import tax charged by your local customs is unreasonably high, you may refuse the package. Once it is returned to us, we will process a refund after it arrives at our warehouse.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time for orders placed on Sovol.uk:

  • United Kingdom: 2–5 business days

  • European Union: 5–10 business days

  • Other regions: 10–18 business days
